Turkey – 9 min. – directed by Ozcan Alper – Turkish with English subtitles – Canadian Premiere

Few artists have been able to translate the scenic landscape of Western Armenia on to a film reel as effectively as Hamshenahye director Ozcan Alper. MOTO GUZZI is a short film based on a childhood romance in the city of Kars near the Armenian border. This will be Alper’s third film presented at the Pomegranate Film Festival following MOMI (2008) and AUTUMN (winner of the Best Feature Film in 2009). The film will be presented as part of the TALES FROM THE DIASPORA series.
