Winner of Best Debut (2012), Armenia National Cinema Award and based on a short story by William Saroyan. Fourteen year-old Haik wants to hunt a pheasant. For a long time, the stubborn teenager wants to borrow his father’s gun and he eventually does so. Once lost and alone in the forest, Haik finds out that it is not pheasant hunting season and he has no idea how to use a gun.  While he desperately searches for a way out of the dark woods, he discovers something he did not anticipate. This wonderful short is produced by Hovhannes Galystyan Bonded Parallels (Gala Film, POM IV) and includes a spectacular cast; Narineh Gregorian, Ashot Adamyan (CALENDAR – POM I and THE ENEMIES – POM III) and the late Sos Sarkisyan.
